I have been considering launching a You Tube channel for a while now. And with the presence of my two beautiful singing bowls it felt the right time to lauch the channel.


In my last blog Singing You Into Alignment I introduced you to the alchemy of these bowls and some of the reasons why I am starting to create sonic sound journeys.

Each month I will be releasing a new sound healing journey which will help you to relax, activate your intuition and release any knots from the past allowing you to move into life more easily and effortlessly.


The channel also has access to my interviews and meditations.


Below you can find the first sound journey which I created on the beach whilst I was in Belize so the sound is a little unclear however you can enjoy the ambience of the entire video and the healing will always reach you beautiful one.
