Trust, Truth & Tuning In: My Supersonic Self

I wasn’t planning to share this.

But sometimes, the words we don’t intend to say — the ones that surface when we least expect them—are the ones that most need to be spoken.

Lately, I’ve been moving through what I can only describe as an embodiment of my supersonic self. It’s not about moving faster, being louder, or achieving more. It’s a race toward something deeper, more real, more aligned. Toward a frequency that feels true.

And in that race, the distractions are endless.

Not just the obvious ones — the social scrolls, the shiny successes, the curated perfection. But the subtler ones: self-doubt disguised as logic, stories inherited from survival, false limitations we’ve rehearsed for years. Sometimes, the thing pulling us off the path isn’t external at all. It’s ourselves.

I’ve spent years in disassociation — with parts of myself, with community, with the deeper knowing that something within me was waiting to be remembered.

But not anymore.

The Power of Tuning In

Thanks to a dear friend (I see you, Emma Hicks), I was invited into a community that shook something loose in me. Something ancient. Something encoded.

I had resisted community for so long, believing I had to figure it all out alone, carry it all alone, be the strong one. But in this space of resonance, of frequency over force, I began to understand something that no book or guru could have taught me:

Frequency is the language of the potential in our DNA, and that potential is being woken up right now.

Modern science has mostly focused on the visible parts of our DNA: the double helix, the proteins, and the atoms. But the true intelligence of our being lives in the invisible. In vibration. In resonance. In what can’t be seen but is deeply felt.

That remembering didn’t start yesterday. It began subtly, for many of us, back in 2017 — a sacred activation, quiet and mysterious. But by 2022, the waves of remembering grew louder. Stronger. More collective.

We’re in the golden era of consciousness now. You can feel it, can’t you?

My Body Called Me Back

Not long ago, I noticed a small itch on my back. Something I almost dismissed — the kind of thing you scratch and forget.

But something nudged me to pay attention. What seemed insignificant ended up being a form of skin cancer. That diagnosis shifted something in me. Not just physically, but energetically. Spiritually. It was part of my activation. A moment that called me to truly tune in to what my body, my cells, and my soul were trying to say.

It cracked me open.

Coming Home to the Supersonic Self

My supersonic self isn’t about acceleration. It’s about activation.

It’s about choosing truth over comfort. Alignment over perfection. Frequency over force.

It’s about remembering that I don’t need to wait for a breakdown to listen. That my intuition is not a whisper — it’s a symphony, if I let myself hear it.

So if you’ve been feeling the pull to tune in, to remember, to come back to yourself, know that you’re not alone.

This journey isn’t linear. It’s quantum. And it’s happening now.

On my activation journey, one day I wrote these words: Perfection is a Prison. I want to turn that Prison into a Prism - this is how I get to play more now in the freedom frequency.
