I don't know about you but as soon as the summer heat begins to hit the lethargy button automatically switches on!

This month in The Soul Fuelled Living column for The Sussex Newspaper I wanted to share 3 ways for you to keep you energised this Summer.

People are always asking me how I have so much energy! To which I reply I make my own energy. Our bodies are in a constant flux of change and when we have more awareness or are in flow with our bodies we begin to recognise that it is feeding back to us constantly.

The common problems when the Summer heat arrives are lack of sleep, irritability, lethargy, and also we tend to eat less so our bodies need great fuel to keep it functioning ready for all those summer sun vibes.
