7 Wellbeing Challenges
Happy September my lovely!
This is one of my favourite months as I feel it is a month of transition. You start to feel the air changing temperature and nature beginning to shed and change its form preparing itself for the Autumn.
So this month I wanted to share with you 7 days of wellbeing wonders which I have created for The Sussex Newspaper in my monthly column.
To keep you feeling amazing throughout this month of transition. Each day comes with its own affirmation too, the best way to enjoy an affirmation is to repeat it at varying points throughout the day – bringing you and your body and mind into a state of awareness for the present moment.
